We are seeking a diligent Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new stores in their respective regions, ensuring seamless operations.
  • They will manage property search processes, collaborate with key partners such as property developers, landlords, and project consultants.
  • The specialist will conduct thorough location analysis of new store locations, negotiate, acquire, and finalize properties efficiently.
  • They will work closely with various departments internally until store launch, guaranteeing smooth transitions.
  • The Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist will develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in commercial property acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties, conducting due diligence, and facilitating the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Average Working Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Acquire commercial retail properties for new store openings, focusing on quality and profitability.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including property developers, landlords, and project consultants.
  • Conduct thorough location and catchment analyses of new store locations.
  • Negotiate final rentals and landowner agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to store launch.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
