About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our stores and office, including vendor management, travel coordination, and inventory management.
  • They will also oversee events, manage security and delivery personnel, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor management: Negotiate contracts, coordinate payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative support: Provide end-to-end support to stores and office, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Event planning: Coordinate logistics, arrange transportation, and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Security and maintenance: Manage security personnel, maintain equipment, and perform regular safety audits.
  • Inventory management: Oversee supplies, assets, and equipment, ensuring they are properly managed and maintained.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
