We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai, handling responsibilities across UAE, India, and Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and resources, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of daily administrative operations
- Management of office supplies and resources
- Coordination with executive office, operations, HR, and commercial departments
- Scheduling and communication tasks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in a managerial administrative role
