As an Insurance Solutions Specialist at Symbo Insurance, you will own the entire experience our partners have with our company, from onboarding to successful go live. Your responsibilities will include developing, managing, and growing client portfolios.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to embed our insurance products within their product offerings. Additionally, you will analyse user data and buying patterns to ensure high pick-up rates of our products within our partners' environments.

Your key metric will be NRR (net revenue retention) each partner is able to generate. To achieve this, you will set up and improve existing processes to ensure high partner satisfaction and increased revenue from our partners.

You will also run continuous activation and marketing programs with our partners to ensure uptake of our products. Furthermore, you will build and nurture a team of aspirational Partner success professionals and help them achieve their career goals.

This is a key role within our company, and your contributions will have a direct impact on our success and growth.
