Job Title: International Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fire RID. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and achieve targets by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
  • Coordinate with internal sales partners and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Develop business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, quotations, and other documents for clients and stakeholders as required.
  • Responsible for completing business development activities as well as implementing sales plans.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in Sales and Business Development role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
