About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through lead generation, client engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources, and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to present our products/services.
  • Sales Process: Understand customer profiles, provide product/service information, and follow up to close sales.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve product offerings.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in Inside Sales or Business Development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in core engineering disciplines preferred.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Lead generation and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and spoken language skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with prior experience in cold calling mandatory.
  • Professional-level fluency in English and Hindi mandatory.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of manufacturing processes an added advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role offering a competitive salary range of 8-10 LPA based on the candidate's profile. The employment type is Full-time, Onsite in Mumbai.
