Job Summary:

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.

You will work closely with the external sales team, underwriters, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging various digital platforms.
  2. Relationship Building: Engage with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships.
  3. Insurance Solutions: Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, such as property, liability, health, and life insurance, ensuring they choose the best coverage for their needs.
  4. Sales Growth: Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
  6. Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and policies are documented accurately. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  7. Market Insights: Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/ inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse levels of management.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.

Estimated Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per annum
