Job Overview

The Employee Experience Manager will oversee and enhance the employee experience across institutions, focusing on the onboarding journey, engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives.

This role will own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth cultural assimilation, and maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured 15/30/60/90-day onboarding sessions and 1:1 conversations with new employees.
  • Develop and track a 30/60/90-day employee journey framework that captures expectations vs. achievements.
  • Ensure 90-day feedback flows into the probation review process, providing managers with data-backed insights.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs for schools, PU colleges, HO, and Early Years.
  • Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar, including recognition events and team-building initiatives.
Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring smooth cultural integration.
  • Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide structured insights to managers to improve retention during the probation period.
HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Use HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager – HR Ops to create holistic performance dashboards.
Surveys & Insights
  • Design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
  • Analyse survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
  • Recommend and implement changes based on outcomes to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
Transparent Communication & Tools
  • Lead the implementation of collaboration platforms and drive communication campaigns that build trust and clarity across employees.
  • Ensure employees receive timely and transparent HR updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with HOS and Ms. Ayesha to localize engagement initiatives for schools and PU colleges.
  • Collaborate with HO leadership to align engagement with organizational goals.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and HR leadership, ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon.
Process Improvement & Initiatives
  • Identify and implement process improvements in engagement and onboarding.
  • Stay updated with best practices in employee experience.
  • Lead special initiatives that strengthen culture and organizational alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Experience in designing structured onboarding and probation review frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in collaboration platforms, MS Excel, HRMS platforms, and/or data visualization tools.
