Strategic Business Development Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned Strategic Business Development Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including business, channel, and central teams, to gather insights on corporate entities, new market opportunities, and existing book details.
- Monitor business performance metrics to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven reports and PowerPoint presentations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Foster collaboration with HR and senior leadership to track Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate salary field or equivalent understanding of business operations from a field perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools like PivotTables, vlookups, sorting, and filtering.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills for creating engaging Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Able to work effectively in an office environment, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
