Job Title: Business Specialist

This is a high-profile opportunity for an accomplished Business Specialist to utilize their expertise in techno-functional business analysis, data analysis, and business analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in techno-functional BA, data analysis, and business analysis, with a strong focus on Oracle PL/SQL querying databases. They should also have a good understanding of banking and wealth management domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document requirements, analyze the impact of changes, and support the business throughout the implementation process.
  • Understand business requirements, map to system functionalities, and have technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Have exposure to working with data warehouses, regulatory reporting frameworks, and anti-financial crime (AFC) systems.
  • Be well-versed in AML regulations, possess work experience in transaction monitoring on different products and regions, and be familiar with platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in techno-functional BA, data analysis, and business analysis.
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Good understanding of banking and wealth management domains.
  • Exposure to working with data warehouses, regulatory reporting frameworks, and anti-financial crime (AFC) systems.
  • Well-versed in AML regulations.
  • Work experience in transaction monitoring on different products and regions.

Preferred Skills:
  • ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses.
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal), additional language(s) are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
