Business Analyst ServiceNow Order Management and Data

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of ServiceNow's Order Management and Data functionality. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data and order management systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, and demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into actionable steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
