Workday Procurement Process Consultant

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge and administrative capabilities, including hands-on experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a skilled Procurement Process Consultant. We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our clients to configure and support their Workday Procurement modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Support Workday Procurement Modules: Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
  • System Administration Tasks: managing user roles, access controls, and permissions.
  • Create and Maintain Integrations: using Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and supporting integration troubleshooting.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Workday functional and technical issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: working with QA teams, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Custom Dashboards and Reports: building and maintaining custom dashboards and reports to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Workday Experience: with a strong focus on Procurement (P2P).
  • Workday Configuration Expertise: configuring and supporting Workday Procurement processes.
  • Strong Integration Skills: working knowledge of Workday EIB for integrations.
  • User Security and Access Controls: expertise in managing Workday roles, user security, and access controls.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Custom Reporting and Dashboard Creation: experience in creating custom reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
