Job Title: Procurement Leader

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to lead the procurement function for a business unit.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of project materials.
  • Operational Procurement Management: Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, including vendor and contract management, and build relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts.
  • Procurement Cost Savings: Drive cost savings through procurement strategies and processes, and measure performance against key metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Functional & Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and e-auctioning, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership & Managerial Competencies: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse procurement categories, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
