We are seeking an experienced Business Finance Manager to fill a leadership position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, strategic planning expertise, and analytical abilities to drive business growth.

The role involves managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and partnering with senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency.

  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance teams, providing strategic insights, and driving business decisions. They will also be proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification, with at least 12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in IT/Consulting.

They will be highly skilled in financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
