About the Role

  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and lead client-facing teams to deliver large-scale AI transformation engagements.
  • Create clear EBITDA impact value articulation and business case development to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive account expansion through innovative sales strategies and originations of high-value AI-led transformation deals.

AI Strategy & Roadmap Design

  • Lead comprehensive AI maturity assessments and prioritize initiatives to link AI efforts to revenue uplift, cost efficiency, and asset utilization.
  • Develop enterprise AI strategies across traditional AI/ML, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Design build vs. buy AI roadmaps leveraging partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, AI platforms, niche ISVs).

Solution Oversight & Execution

  • Oversee the design and delivery of AI solutions to improve margins, optimize cost-to-serve, and unlock growth.
  • Ensure AI is integrated into operating models, processes, and tech stacks to sustain financial impact.
  • Govern delivery to ensure programs move from proof-of-concept to scaled financial results.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in top-tier management consulting or equivalent transformation leadership, with 10–18 years of experience.
  • Expertise in linking operational changes and AI initiatives to financial metrics valued by boards and investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and deliver large-scale ($5M–$20M) AI/digital transformation engagements with measurable EBITDA impact.
