Role Overview

This role is part of our transformation under GenpactNext, leading the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

As Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI, you'll drive the adoption of innovations like the AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Agentic AI solutions within the organization. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, developing strategies for implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse groups.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy for Agentic AI adoption, including defining business cases, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and implementing changes to support the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts, as well as experience in driving large-scale change initiatives. They will be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
