Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Buid relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Identify and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading organization.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing AI projects and/or working with US clients.
  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
