Job Description:

This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering end-to-end AI transformation starting from data strategy to model development and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their business goals, current challenges, and workflow gaps.
  2. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to assess existing data infrastructure, sources, and readiness for AI.
  3. Identify AI opportunities and recommend tailored solutions aligned with the customer's use case.
  4. Design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  5. Develop and deploy AI/ML models integrated with business operations.
  6. Ensure all solutions align with customers' data security and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
