Job Title: AI Systems Developer

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Systems Developer. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about developing cutting-edge AI systems.

This role involves designing, implementing, and fine-tuning advanced AI models using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems, applying a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization.

You will collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, contributing to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement solutions using LLMs
  2. Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization
  3. Work on RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems
  4. Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization
  5. Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
  6. Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
