Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our finance team, driving strategic planning and analytical excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Manage service delivery, aligning with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning tasks.
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Lead annual planning, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
