Senior Accounting Professional
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to oversee our accounting operations in India and contribute to global success. The ideal candidate will lead all financial activities, ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, manage audits, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Establish robust checks and controls within each task to guarantee accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.
- Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic support.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
