Job Title: Financial Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for renewable energy projects, encompassing capital structuring, fund-raising (equity & debt), and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Credit Relationships Management: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing on competitive terms while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Loan Negotiations: Spearhead negotiations for both long-term and short-term loans, guaranteeing favorable terms and adherence to established protocols.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance and ensure liquidity.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions Support: Collaborate on M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities to advance business growth initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure seamless compliance with domestic and international financial regulations, safeguarding the organization's reputation and interests.
  • Financial Insights: Provide actionable financial insights to senior management and stakeholders through the preparation and presentation of detailed financial models, projections, and investment reports.

This role requires a seasoned finance professional who can drive strategic financial decision-making, foster partnerships, and navigate complex financial landscapes.
