Job Title: Brand Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Brand Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for scaling premium D2C brands and expanding their presence across marketplaces, quick commerce, and luxury channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard relevant marketplaces for our brand.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Explore and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms beyond Zepto, BlinkIt, and Instamart.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Research and collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • A self-driven and reliable individual who can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Performance Incentive: 5% of sales volume driven during your tenure.
