Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations
  • Design compelling job descriptions and manage the hiring process from end-to-end
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet staffing needs
  • Build employer branding initiatives to position us as a preferred place to work

People & Culture

  • Cultivate a high-trust and inclusive work culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
  • Design onboarding experiences that reflect our values and mission

Performance & Growth

  • Define key result areas, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
  • Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records with attention to detail
  • Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism
