Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the day-to-day engineering operations across our hospitality assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with at least 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.

As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for managing engineering teams, assigning tasks, and tracking performance. You will also ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and team performance.

Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, applied learning, people management, business and financial acumen, leadership and executive presence, and occupational health and safety responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage staff through recognition programs and team briefings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for representing Engineering in management meetings, collaborating with other departments, and upholding brand image through consistent service quality and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • B.E. / B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations
