Microfinance Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
">- To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimal delinquency
- Identifying Joint liability Groups and disbursing loans to suit target customers and geographies.
- Driving business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
- Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
- Managing disbursements, repayments, and delinquencies, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
- Maintaining close follow-ups of disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
- Conducting regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
- Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
- Fostering strong client relationships both internally and externally and building a strong brand identity with potential customers.
- Ensuring weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers.
This role requires a fresher to maximum 5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business.
">A basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
