Our mission is to ensure the highest level of disbursement quality with minimal delinquency.

  • Identifying groups with joint liability to cater to target customers and regions.
  • Driving business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration.
  • Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, identifying opportunities for geographical expansion.
  • Managing disbursements, repayments, and delinquencies to achieve daily/weekly collection targets.
  • Maintaining close follow-up on disbursed loans, particularly those not meeting payment schedules.
  • Conducting regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applications.
  • Ensuring portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, delinquencies, and frauds.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients internally and externally while building brand recognition.
  • Facilitating weekly/daily meetings and center visits.

Requirements include 0-5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance, with basic understanding of microfinance and JLG models preferred.

Key skills include relationship management, business sourcing, sales flair, customer service attributes, and critical thinking.

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
