Enterprise Risk Management Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing credit risk models and associated frameworks in an unsecured rural/semi-urban lending context.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and review credit risk models and associated frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and monitor credit risk strategies across the entire lending lifecycle to minimize potential risks.
  • Analyze portfolio trends on a periodic basis to identify areas requiring improvement and suggest corrective actions.
  • Compile and analyze industry data to prepare management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Regularly assess processes to ensure adherence to risk policies and procedures, and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the risk framework and promote a culture of risk awareness.
  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in managing risk in a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or fintech/lending environment.
  • Prior experience in Python and SQL programming is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • A solid understanding of statistical models and their application in risk assessment.
  • Experience in microfinance/MSME lending is highly desirable.
