Banking Alliances Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to drive lending and financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Alliances & Partnership Management:

This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with banking and financial partners, identifying and negotiating new alliance opportunities for joint business growth, and serving as the primary point of contact for all banking alliance activities.

Strategic Planning & Business Development
  • Crafting and executing strategic plans to expand banking relationships and partnerships, collaborating with product and sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives, and driving business development to achieve growth in partnership-led revenues and portfolios.
Internal & External Coordination
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (product, risk, sales, legal) to align strategies, ensuring smooth integration of partner products/services with business objectives, and working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and sales teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in banking partnerships, alliance management, or financial services business development, strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, understanding of banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements, and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with banking and financial partners.
  • Business Development: Driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in banking partnerships, alliance management, or financial services business development. Additionally, they should have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as an understanding of banking regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
