Profile overview: Lead Banking Alliances

The Banking Alliances Manager is responsible exclusively for developing and managing strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to support the platform's lending and financing initiatives. The role focuses solely on alliance building, relationship management, and partnership growth to maximize financing opportunities.

Job Profile

- Alliances & Partnership Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners.

- Identify, initiate, and negotiate new alliance opportunities for joint business growth.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking alliance activities.

- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, SLAs, and revenue sharing

- Lead the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory protocols.

- Monitor partnership performance and drive initiatives to optimize portfolio growth through banking channels

- Maintain detailed documentation and dashboards tracking alliance KPIs and outcomes.

- Strategic Planning & Business Development

- Craft and execute strategic plans to expand banking relationships and partnerships.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams for joint go-to-market initiatives.

- Drive business development to achieve growth in partnership-led revenues and portfolios.

- Internal & External Coordination

- Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, risk, sales, legal) to align strategies.

- Ensure smooth integration of partner products/services with business objectives.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in banking partnerships, alliance management, or financial services business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and sales teams.
