Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to fill the role of Tax Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns, conducting tax research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare and review U.S. tax returns for partnerships, including form 1065.">
  • Conduct independent tax research and analysis.">
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.">
  • Oversee tax processes, coordinate day-to-day interactions with the team, and drive delivery of services to meet deadlines.">
  • Develop and train new and experienced staff.">
  • Exercise initiative and sound judgment in all aspects of the job.">
  • Build strong relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 6-8 years of experience in partnership taxation.">
  • Qualification: CA, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM, B.com, or BBA.">
  • Knowledge of a broad range of US income tax laws.">
  • Strong writing, Excel modeling, and verbal communication skills.">
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.">
  • Proficient in CCH Axcess tax software, Caseware, Microsoft Office applications, and expert in tax research software (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint, Intelliconnect).">
