Commercial Real Estate Branch Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that requires strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

  • Lead the overall operations of the branch office, ensuring seamless coordination across sales and support functions.
  • Manage the branch's revenue goals, driving growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase market visibility and branch reputation.
  • Serve as a key liaison between teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Leadership & P&L Ownership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing & Enquiry Generation: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Property Inventory & Operations: Oversee the management of property inventory, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing revenue potential.
  • HR & Administration Oversight: Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Financial Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Success Metrics:
  • Revenue targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets.
  • Operational efficiency: Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing costs.
  • Team engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and employee satisfaction.
  • Market visibility and branch reputation: Increase brand awareness and establish a strong reputation in the market.

  • Strong team leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results-oriented performance.
  • Analytical problem solver: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Education: Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred).
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is preferable, but other industries such as co-working, corporate facility management services, business centers, and city operations heads from high-involvement services can be considered.
  • Residency in Pune or Mumbai required.
