Regional Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Specialist to bridge local vendors and central IT—driving standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role serves as the first layer of operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional services with global corporate standards. The Regional Operations Specialist will manage procurement and finance processes, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT.
  • Ensure local services (internet, telecom, printers, etc.) are standardized under corporate control.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring accurate PRs/POs creation and processing.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Align regional setups with global standards and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for SPOCs facing complex challenges.
  • Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in operations management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of service management principles (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Preferred
  • Exposure to ERP systems for procurement and finance workflows.
  • Service management certification.
  • Experience in multinational or regional operations.
