We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to achieve our reliability goals. You'll work closely with product development teams, cloud infrastructure, and other SRE teams to ensure effective observability and improve the reliability of our products, services, and infrastructure. As a generalist, you must be able to see the big picture and collaborate with teams to solve hard multi-disciplinary problems.
Technical expertise in cloud operations, software development lifecycle, and observability tools is valuable. We use SRE principles like blameless postmortems and automation to continuously improve our knowledge and maintain a good quality of life.
You'll enlighten, enable, and empower multiple teams across applications and locations. Tackle complex development, automation, and business process problems. Champion standards and best practices.
Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of our products and processes. Work with product development teams to identify observability gaps and resolve them efficiently. Identify recurring problems and anti-patterns in development, operational, and security processes. Develop automation that targets multiple on-premises and AWS regions.
