Cloud Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud migrations, Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022), Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory (AD) management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Management
    • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Remote Technical Assistance
    • Deliver high-quality remote technical assistance to clients in the US market, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Migration
    • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Office 365 Administration
    • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Printer Setup and Troubleshooting
    • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Networking Solutions
    • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Active Directory Administration
    • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • RDP Configuration
    • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
