Key Responsibilities:- Business Strategy Development: Develop strategic plans to achieve division objectives, focusing on regional growth and market expansion.
- Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning for the division by providing input on departmental forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Departmental Management: Manage operating frameworks for departments, maintaining high performance standards and promoting continuous improvement.
- SME Business Growth: Drive SME business strategy and execution in the region, preparing yearly business development plans for SME clients in line with bank strategy.
- Performance Management: Achieve target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients, managing budget and financials effectively.
- Strategic Partnerships: Articulate region-specific strategies for product growth and liaison with Product Development Team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Leadership and Talent Management: Lead people and team management, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent.
- Recruitment and Resourcing: Formulate recruitment and resourcing strategies, ensuring a skilled and agile workforce.
- Quality and Risk Management: Review quality principles and processes, evaluating and ensuring stringent fraud control policies are in place.
- Financial Performance: Maintain minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) in the region, ensuring financial stability and security.
