Job Description:

As a Strategic Talent Developer, you will be responsible for driving business success through effective human capital development and management. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals, build strong relationships between management and employees, and lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the company, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, designing innovative methods to attract high-caliber candidates and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Support business needs through effective human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation strategies
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a positive working environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and collaboration across departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, with a strong track record of driving business results and improving organizational performance
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and inspire action
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and systems
