Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our New Strategic Initiatives team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our growth objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will explore new market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  2. Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach and capabilities.
  3. Develop comprehensive business cases, financial models, and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives.
  6. Support senior leadership in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, SaaS Startups, or operations-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in the technology, advertising, or recruitment industry is a plus.
