Job Title: Human Resources Partner

The Human Resources Partner is a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies, policies, and programs with the school's mission and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure the school has qualified staff.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the school adheres to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and educational industry standards.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans.
  • Training and Development: Support the identification of training needs and partner with the L&D team to implement programs for faculty and staff.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Drive programs and initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce within the school environment.
  • HR Analytics: Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Change Management: Assist with implementing new processes and technologies, helping staff adapt to organizational changes.
