The Human Resources Business Partner role is a critical function within our organization, requiring a strategic and experienced HR professional to provide support across various aspects of human resources.
- Recruitment Support: This includes sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent within designated timeframes, as well as coordinating recruiting efforts, tracking applications, interviewing candidates, and administering reference checks and assessments.
- Onboarding Expertise: The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and completing thorough first-day orientations for new employees.
- Rewards Implementation Specialist: As a resource for employee benefit questions and guidance, this individual will collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward recognition schemes that drive engagement and motivation.
- Employee Relations Professional: This role requires active listening, addressing, and investigating employee issues, concerns, and complaints in a fair and timely manner. The successful candidate will also partner to conduct workplace investigations, make recommendations, and implement action plans to resolve workplace issues.
