Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team.

This role is responsible for collaborating closely with leadership and employees to create a positive and productive work environment.

  • Consult with line management to provide daily HR guidance and support.

  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.

  • Provide expert HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies to meet future business needs.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development and career growth.
  • Recommend and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business success and achieve organizational goals.
