Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives

  • Recruit, interview, and select top talent to fill key positions
  • Partner with external agencies to build strategic relationships and partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to help them achieve their career goals
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize HR processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist foundation
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
