Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business operations team, you'll play a critical role in implementing business processes and software solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for translating business needs into well-architected solutions, collaborating with development teams to deliver technical objects, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop cost-efficient proposals for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, design documents, and configuration documents.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to ensure solution quality.
  • Support the development and implementation of business processes and technical solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
  • Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information and develop sound system solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to meet business needs and ensure solution quality.
  • Conduct QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
  • Support, assist, and train users on new or modified system configurations.
  • Maintain IT business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to ensure high-quality solution releases.
  • Follow the Intuitive change management process and analyze the impact of changes on the corporate application landscape.
  • Act as a senior BA and guide and mentor team members in providing best solutions and peer review and advice on areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform with Business Analyst experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce project implementations (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages, etc.
  • Experience working with business end-users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.
  • AppExchange packages experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certifications of Admin, AppBuilder preferred.
  • Ability to guide team members and mentor them as needed.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
