About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design application architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Social, Communities) that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Develop and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ and billing.
  • Participate in the development of architectures, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality and data profiling.
  • Optimize solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities.
  • Communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field.
  • 7 + years of Experience in architecting and designing full stack solutions using Salesforce Platform.
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Force.Com Platform.
  • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
  • Experience with implementing CPQ & CLM solutions.
  • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
  • Expert level understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Strong experience in architecting continuous integration and continuous delivery solution for Salesforce.Com applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.
  • Salesforce Certified Application & System Architect.
