Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to lead and grow a state's business? Do you have a proven track record of building and scaling revenue and partnerships in a fast-growth environment?
">We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead sales initiatives within the premium and luxury residential real estate developer market segment.
">About the Role:
">This leader will own the full P&L for Karnataka, driving revenue, profitability, forecasting, and reporting. You will set monthly targets, review dashboards, and drive operational excellence while ensuring team compliance with processes and upholding high standards across the board.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Implement Business Development Strategy for IDA Interior Design Architect relationships and project-based lead generation
- Implement Direct Sales Strategy across customer-facing touchpoints via the Sales framework
- Build deep relationships with top Focus IDAs and ensure alignment with the ecosystem
- Drive and monitor Sales conversions
- Ensure CRM discipline, Solution Presentations, stakeholder buy-in, and fast closure cycles
- Personally lead or support UHNI high-ticket client closures, especially in luxury projects
- Regularly review and coach the sales team on objections, pricing strategy, and demo quality
- Set, track, and exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion KPIs
- Lead the team to generate leads and pipeline directly from IDA projects
- Plan informal and formal BD activities like workshops, gift strategies, and joint site visits
- Track lead generation, conversion, and engagement health per partner
- Craft and manage custom revenue-share models, developer agreements, and onboarding frameworks
- Position the company as a lifestyle and brand differentiator in show flats, brochures, walkthrough videos, and launch events
- Generate qualified leads and brand recall through project visibility, gated community showcases, and developer trust
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or P&L roles. They must have a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, smart homes, interiors, or real estate. A network in the Karnataka architecture and real estate ecosystem is a strong advantage.
