Strategic Growth Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Pronix Inc.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing accounts and identifying, qualifying, and penetrating new customers. This includes discussing and recommending IT solutions and consulting services via telephone, emails, and LinkedIn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Grows sales by developing existing accounts and identifying, qualifying, and penetrating new customers.
- Builds excellent customer relationships.
- Maintains sales records and generates relevant reports for review, analysis, and presentation.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in inside or outside sales and/or marketing with a strong understanding of the current market. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to seek out qualified decision makers for businesses. You should also be able to make outbound calls to business owners and decision makers to seek new business opportunities without fear of rejection. Other responsibilities include setting qualified appointments for the outside sales team, sending emails and follow-up correspondence to decision makers, and working with the marketing department to implement and manage sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Estimated salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
