Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Growth Associate to join our team at Shri Consultancy Services.

This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Present our services and solutions to potential clients, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide the best talent solutions
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

This is a remote position with a flexible work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
