Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our Research & Consulting (R&C) vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets and a proven track record in identifying and qualifying potential clients across geographies and industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding global client requirements and translating them into tailored research and consulting solutions.
  • Supporting proposal creation, pricing strategy, and client communication in international markets.
  • Coordinating with delivery teams to evaluate project feasibility, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Building and maintaining a deep understanding of R&C offerings and international case studies.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, managing the international BD pipeline, and supporting outreach campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in international business development, research, consulting, or business intelligence.
  • Exposure to global client communication, presales, or business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to map research capabilities to business value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in a global client context.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
