Business Development Executive Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to spearhead sales and marketing efforts globally.

  • Lead the management of daily lead operations across international markets, ensuring seamless integration with CRM tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies for qualifying leads through intelligent engagement, fostering strong relationships with Sales teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM compliance norms and email marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily lead management operations across global markets.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of inbound leads across international markets.
  • Keep the CRM clean and fully synced.
  • Qualify leads through intelligent engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to schedule demos.
  • Track lead progress and identify drop-offs.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business (or relevant experience).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of email marketing flows and CRM compliance norms.
