Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding TCF Global Logistics' customer base and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and developing effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market reach and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create customized logistics solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity and client interactions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus).
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies with a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Freshers with a passion for logistics and sales are also encouraged to apply.
